About MedMinder Pro

MedMinder Pro is a medication reminder application developed and operated by Living the Real LLC ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms govern your use of MedMinder Pro, including any SMS text messaging features.

SMS messaging program

By enabling SMS reminders in the MedMinder Pro app's Settings, you consent to receive text messages from MedMinder Pro related to your medication adherence. Messages are sent only when a scheduled medication dose has not been confirmed within the user-defined reminder window, as part of MedMinder Pro's multi-tier reminder system.

Message frequency: Variable. Messages are tied to your scheduled medications and personal reminder intervals. You will receive a text approximately halfway between the urgent push reminder and the automated phone call, only for unconfirmed doses.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out — reply STOP

To opt out of SMS reminders at any time, reply STOP to any message received from MedMinder Pro. You will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS reminders. You can also disable SMS reminders in the app at Settings → Notifications.

Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. Phone numbers entered in the MedMinder Pro app are used solely to deliver medication reminders and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Eligibility & medical disclaimer

MedMinder Pro is intended for adults 18 years of age or older, or for minors with parental or guardian consent. MedMinder Pro is a reminder tool only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your medications.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MedMinder Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
